How to get started?
You can contact me by filling out my contact form. Once I have made contact with you, we can set up a meet & greet so that I can meet your pet(s) while you are home. this ensures that I get to know them and their needs prior to starting their dog walking or pet sitting visits.
Are you able to administer medication to my pet?
I am willing and able to administer any medications that your pet requires. During our meet & greet, I will learn everything about your pet(s) including medical conditions and medications required. I will also make sure that I am knowledgeable on any medication that your pet is receiving!
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, I require 24hrs notice for any cancellations that may occur!
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, I only accept cash or e-transfer, with payment being required one week prior to services completed.
What if there is inclement weather?
If it is raining/snowing, I will still be available to walk your pet! I just ask that a towel be put out for wiping muddy paws and drying off. If weather is inclement, I will still make a visit and ensure some playtime! I will not cancel a visit unless it is due to illness or unforEseen circumstances!
Where are keys kept?
I have a lock box here at home, where all keys are kept when not in use.
Does our pet need to be vaccinated?
I do require all pets be up to date on vaccinations and those who go outdoors to be up-to-date on flea and tick prevention before dog walking and pet sitting commences.
Are You Insured and Bonded?
yes, I am insured and bonded for dog walking and pet sitting through profur. I am also police/background checked. I bring copies of both for proof during the meet and greet.
